Shaun McKnight’s real estate journey began while serving in the military, where he recognized the potential for financial independence through strategic investing. He initially experimented with house hacking, leveraging his living space to generate additional income, before expanding into fix-and-flips, refining his ability to identify value and execute renovations. His growing passion for real estate led him to explore multifamily investing, a sector that offered greater scalability and long-term wealth-building opportunities.

In 2019, Shaun took a significant step forward by purchasing his first residential multifamily property in Florida, laying the foundation for his larger investment ambitions. Over time, his interests evolved toward commercial multifamily, where he could apply his analytical mindset and operational expertise to optimize assets and create sustainable growth.

Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Shaun has always had a hands-on approach to problem-solving, which is reflected in his hobbies. He finds joy in turning wrenches on classic cars, restoring and maintaining vintage vehicles as a personal passion. When he’s not working on investment strategies or under the hood of a car, he enjoys fishing and traveling, appreciating the balance between adventure and relaxation. He shares his life with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Liam, building a future rooted in both family and ambition.
